Credit card will be charged with the required payment to guarantee the room/s or amenity/s or service/s. Specific information on amount and terms & conditions have been sent to guest or agent during the room/s or amenity/s or service/s reservation confirmation process.

In case of cancellation, early departure or no show, hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card with corresponded fee according to respective policy of the rate confirmed and which has been communicated to guest or agent during the room/s or amenity/s or service/s reservation confirmation process.

​All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Alpha e-Commerce" of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL).

Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
